Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing excellent service to customers of BTSTP in accordance with the company’s policies & procedures.
  • Ensure all customers’ safety and comply to safety measures at all times.
  • Taking care of Go-Kart registration counter.
  • Ensure facilities are in good working condition.
  • To report any error or abnormality to the Supervisor or Operations Executive on duty.
  • Ensure the kart is ready to be driven by the customers (including testing the kart battery and handling pedal control are well functioned).
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the counter, and waiting area, track & report any issues of cleanliness or maintenance to the supervisor.
