Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing the highest standard of food handling and serving as well as excellence service to the customers of BTSTP Bubbles Cafe in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures in daily operations.
• Comply with all health and food safety regulations.

 

Retail, Sales and Visual Merchandising:

• Display and organize products at Bubbles Cafe.
• Replenish of stocks every morning and to ensure the cleanliness of the cafe and surrounding areas are in excellent condition.
• To ensure all task assigned are completed with satisfactory result.
• To ensure all products are well organized.
• Always keep update on the product knowledge. (E.g.: Stocks, Material, and etc.)
• To perform daily and monthly stock take and ensure all stocks movements is monitored, updated and recorded.

 

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Always acknowledge presence of customers. (E.g.: Greeting, Casual Chat, Courteous, Presentable and Friendly)
• To assist and be responsible to perform food handling and serving.
• To promote and upsell the products by convincing customers on our products.
• To inform Supervisor on customer’s feedback or complaint.
