HOW TO PLAY MEOW-O-METER GAME:

Step 2: Make any purchase from Berjaya Times Square Theme Park’s kiosk or ticketing counter

Step 3: Present the proof of purchase (same-day receipt) at the game booth

Step 4: Scan the QR code for registration

Step 5: Scream “Meow” in a single breath for 15 seconds

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• BTSTP Meow-velous 21 is organized by Berjaya Times Square Theme Park Sdn. Bhd.  (hereby known as the “Organiser”).
• The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the terms and conditions as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.

ELIGIBILITY

• Campaign period is from 7^th – 30^th September 2024 (24 days) or such extended date as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.
• Campaign is open to all visitors aged 18 and above (“Eligible Participant”)
• Employees of the Organiser, Berjaya Times Square Sdn. Bhd, And its partners, sponsors, event agencies and their immediately family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
• Eligible Participants must follow and like Berjaya Times Square Theme Park’s Official Facebook or Instagram page @BerjayaTimesSquareThemePark.

GAME REQUIREMENTS

To participate in this game:

• Eligible Participant can only participate once (1) per redemption.
• Eligible Participant is required to present his or her proof of purchase for any transaction made from Berjaya Times Square Theme Park’s kiosk or ticketing counter before joining the game.
• The game will end at 8.00pm on 30^th September 2024.
• The Organiser reserves its absolute discretion to disqualify any participation that does not fulfil the campaign’s terms and conditions.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or reject any Eligible Participant who does not meet the rules and regulations of the redemption including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid or incorrect information.

PRIZES

• Winners will receive either one of the following prizes:
  • BTSTP Annual Pass
  • BTSTP Complimentary Tickets
  • BTSTP Tickets at RM21.00
  • BTSTP Buy 1 Free 1 Discount Voucher
  • BTSTP Complimentary Caramel Popcorn
• Prizes are strictly non-transferable. There will be a total of 5,764 prizes throughout the campaign period.
• Winners are required to complete the Personal Data Protection Act consent form with mandatory personal details.
• Winners are required to show their original NRIC or passport and winning messages for verification to claim their prizes.
• Winners must collect their prizes by 8.00pm on the same day. Any delay in claiming, the prizes shall be forfeited without any notice or liability to the Organiser.
• Winners shall collect their prizes in person at Ground Floor, Car Platform (near the main entrance of Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur) at the designated time period.
• All winners shall be personally liable for all costs and expenses that may be incurred pursuant to the collection, usage or utilization of the prize, including but not limited to insurance, taxes, fees or any other related costs and expenses.
• The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the prizes as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.
• The Organiser will not be responsible or liable for any loss in connection with the campaign, including but not limited to the following:

• • Any problem, loss, or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and/or sending the entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure of the internet line. This includes error in notification of the Campaign’s winners, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to entries, PC hang whether arising due to server function, virus, bug or other causes beyond its control.
  • Any problem, expenses, damage, loss, suits and claims of whatsoever notice against any Eligible Participates that may arise due to their participation in this campaign and/or display of Eligible Participants’ entries.

OTHERS

• By participating in this campaign, all Eligible Participations warrant that all statement, personal details are true, correct, accurate and complete and they have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and agree to be unconditionally bound by it.
• By entering this campaign, all Eligible Participants shall agree to appear in internet, videos, photographs, write ups which may be used in advertising (any form of media) or other materials of the Organiser.
• Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to any payment for such use, or for any re-use, and acknowledge that all copyright, including the right to reproduce likeness or image shall belong to the Organiser absolutely; and to release and discharge the Organiser from any claim in relation to the Organiser’s use of likeness or image.
• All decision(s) made by the Organiser pertaining to this campaign and/or cancellation thereof shall be at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and conclusive. Appeal(s) will not be entertained.

SAFETY

• Participants take part at their own risk. Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, it’s group of Companies and the hosting venue will not be held responsible for any injury that may be sustained during the campaign.
• Participants may take certain inherent risks when involved in any physical activity. Participation in this competition indicates the acceptance of such risks by the participants. Therefore, upon registration to any Berjaya Times Square Theme Park event, it is agreed that participants will not hold Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, it’s group of Companies, its Director or employees responsible for injuries that occur or illnesses that may be contracted during the campaign.
• As the Berjaya Times Square Theme Park campaign is open to the public, Berjaya Times Square Theme Park encourages all attendees to:
  • supervise children at all times;
  • be responsible for personal belongings;
  • be aware of the surroundings of the venue and emergency exits;
  • inform a Berjaya Times Square Theme Park employee of any unsuitable or suspicious activity and;
  • stay safe and have fun while joining the Berjaya Times Square Theme Park campaign
