Step 1: Follow our social media (Facebook or Instagram @gokartbtskl)

Step 2: After completing the racing session, participants can register for the challenge by scanning a QR code provided at the facility. Complete the online form.

Step 3: Throughout the campaign, the management will track participant performance during each session.

Step 4: Winners will be selected based on their racing performance. The results will be announced on 6 December 2024 through social media (Facebook or Instagram @gokartbtskl).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SPEED CHAMPION CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• “Speed Champion Challenge” is organised by Berjaya Times Square Theme Park Sdn Bhd (hereby known as the “Organiser”). Facebook and Instagram are not liable for this Campaign.
• The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the terms and conditions as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.

ELIGIBILITY

• The campaign period is from 20 November 2024 to 4 December 2024 (2 weeks) or such extended date as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the organiser.
• The campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens, aged 18 and above (“Eligible Participant”). A Go-Kart BTSKL ticket purchase is required.
• Employees of the organiser, Go-Kart BTSKL, its partners, sponsors, event agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
• Eligible participants must follow Go-Kart BTSKL’s official Facebook or Instagram (@gokartbtskl).

CAMPAIGN REQUIREMENTS

To participate in this campaign:-

• Eligible participants must change their profile setting to ‘public’ if the participant’s profile is ‘private’.
• Eligible participants must
  • (i) FOLLOW our official social media profile @gokartbtskl  (FB or IG),
  • (ii) After completing the racing session, participants can register for the challenge by scanning a QR code provided at the facility. Complete the online form,
  • (iii) Throughout the campaign, the management will track participant performance during each session and
  • (iv) Winners will be selected based on their racing performance. The results will be announced on 6 December 2024 through @gokartbtskl’s social media channels.
• Campaign entries may only be submitted via the stated medium of communication.
• The Campaign will be closed at 9 pm on 4 December 2024.
• The winner announcement will be uploaded through Go-Kart BTSKL’s official Facebook and Instagram account on Wednesday at 10 am on 6 December 2024.
• Eligible participants from Facebook or Instagram must complete the steps to get the special offer. 
• Any irrelevant, late or incomplete entries will not be entertained and shall be automatically disqualified.
• The organiser reserves its absolute discretion to disqualify any entries that fail to fulfil the campaign’s terms and conditions.
• The organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or reject any entry that does not meet the rules and regulations of the redemption including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid or incorrect information.

PRIZES

• The prize is strictly non-transferable. There will be a total of ten (10) Grand Prize winners and ten (10) consolation winners from Facebook or Instagram.
• Winners are required to complete the “Personal  Data Protection Act” consent form with mandatory personal details.
• Winners are required to produce their original NRIC and winning messages for verification to claim their prizes.
• Winners are required to send a message with their full name, NRIC no., mobile number, and email address to Go-Kart’s Official page Facebook or Instagram by 6 December 2024. Any delay in sending the private message to Go-Kart’s Facebook or Instagram Official page, your prize shall be forfeited without any notice to you or liability to the Organiser.
• Winners must claim their prizes within two (2) weeks by 20 December 2024. Any delay in claiming the prizes shall be forfeited without any notice or liability to the Organiser.
• The prizes are valid until 31 December 2024.
• The Organiser will not be held responsible or liable for any loss in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to the following:
  • Any problem, loss, or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and/or sending the entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure of the internet line. This includes an error in the notification of the campaign’s winners, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to entries, PC hangs whether arising due to server function, virus, bug or other causes beyond its control.
  • Any problem, expenses, damage, loss, suits and claims of whatsoever notice against any Eligible Participants that may arise due to their participation in this campaign and/or display of Eligible Participants’ entries.

OTHERS

• By participating in this campaign, all eligible participants warrant that all statements and personal details are true, correct, accurate and complete and that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this campaign and agree to be unconditionally bound by it.
• By entering this campaign, all eligible participants shall agree to appear on the internet, videos, photographs, write-ups which may be used in advertising (any form of media) or other materials of the organiser.
• Eligible participants shall not be entitled to any payment for such use, or for any re-use, and acknowledge that all copyright, including the right to reproduce likeness or image, shall belong to the organiser absolutely; and to release and discharge the organiser from any claim in relation to the organiser’s use of likeness or image.
• All decision(s) made by the organiser pertaining to this campaign and/or cancellation thereof shall be at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and conclusive. No appeal(s) will be entertained.
